Super-Luminal speeds are impossible for any atomic structures to attain.
Worm-Hole travel by biological entities is impossible.

Radio signals decay rapidly and most communication in inter-stellar space is done
either by laser-beam relay stations and a system of triangulation involving two or more
planets with laser-beam relay stations. Communication at shorter distances can also be
done with radio waves, but to avoid detection they usually are not, which explains why
Earthlings have not been able to detect any radio signals.
