Lengthy, generational or multi-generational inter-stellar travel requires massive
artificial gel protection from deep space radiation exposure risk, as well as artificial
gravity generation in order to prevent biological damage, premature entropy and
genetic tissue damage.

The nearest inhabited planet is around 20 Light Years distance from our Solar System.

Highly advanced civilizations always build massive artificial navigable planets, which
often become the best way to insure a species survival from the many threats that
objects and emissions in space can and eventually do cause.

Such massive artificial planets are able to avoid being hit by large interstellar debris,
and also serve to protect against ultra-Gamma radiation bursts and other lethal or
harmful phenomena.

Radio-Wave and Micro-Wave communication decays at relatively long distances in
space, mostly because of interference from physical phenomena such as vast
electro-magnetic clouds, etc... Thus the preferred mode of communication is
High-Intensity Light Signals or Laser Signals, with the help of special relay-stations and
the occasional relatively short distance Micro-Wave or Radio-Wave short-burst signal
between relay stations and between relay stations and spacecraft for the purpose of
insuring signal source detection! Which would explain the occasional 'WOW!' signal we
have recorded, but also the lack of any prolonged Radio-Wave or Micro-Wave signal.

As a general rule highly advanced space-faring civilizations do not use simple methods
for sophisticated tasks and tend to combine methods for optimal results.

The mental processing, situation-analyzing and problem-solving psychology of ETs,
i.e. their thought process structure, tends to be very sophisticated, complex, elaborate,
multi-layered and multi-dimensional. From an early age they are taught to perceive
reality as a complex interrelation and interconnectedness of both naturally occurring
phenomena and otherwise! Thus they would probably pity our general and primitive
tendency to think too often in the strictly abstract and to fail to see the cumulative,
aggregate effect of our actions, as well as other foolish thinking, ineffective
communication and self-destructive action prevalent in so-called Homosapiens!
