RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE INFINITY SOCIETY
The Infinity Society (Universal & International) as founded by the Philosopher Jean-Pierre Ady
Fenyo (born 7/23/64 in Washington, D.C.) and all its associated sub-groups is a scientific and
philosophic educational non-governmental (freedom of association) organization whose stated
purpose is to popularize deep philosophical ideas and thinking, focusing on the concept of
infinity as its main concept, and as such all its members, staff and executives (including its
Founder & Director and Co-Directors) must abide by the following rules and regulations:

1. The Infinity Society is non-violent and as such does not instruct people to commit acts of
violence that supposedly would benefit it. Thus any persons who initiate non-defensive and
legally unjustified acts of violence are automatically excommunicated from The Infinity Society
and will not find any support or protection from other people within the organization, and The
Infinity Society will make it known to any concerned parties that such acts of violence were
taken in full violation of the society's principles. The Infinity Society does not accept liability for
the actions or statements of any members which is illegal and in contravention to its stated
purpose and principles.

2. The Infinity Society is democratic within the limitations set forth by its founding purpose,
principles and the rules and regulations set herein. Thus any decisions made by the Founder &
Director or any other executives must not violate the society's stated purpose and principles.
Furthermore, no one within the society (i.e. who is a part of the society) is allowed to give
orders to any other person within the society and only suggestions are allowed, which may or
may not be acted upon by any other person within the society. All society members are free to
oppose any suggestions, free to leave the organization at any time and are free to follow
suggestions on the basis of their merits as defined by the founding purpose and principles.
Failure to act and communicate within the stated purpose (limitations) and principles of the
society is cause for automatic excommunication and failure to follow a suggestion will, if as a
result of so doing one violates the purpose and principles, also cause instant excommunication
and denial of membership. This is binding at all levels.

3. The Infinity Society is law-abiding with regards to laws that are not in contradiction to
International Law, and the United Nations Human Rights Charter and The United Nations
Declaration on the Rights of Individuals. As such it will excommunicate any persons who have
been found guilty of unjustified manslaughter, murder, genocide, inciting violence, partaking in
violence against innocent and defenseless persons and committing other hate crimes.

4. The Infinity Society is unity-through-diversity oriented and tolerant towards all tolerant
persons and is opposed to intolerance and negative discrimination based on race, religion,
gender, age, sexual orientation, sexual identity, ethnic background, ethnic identity, physical
and/or mental challenge or any lack of the aforementioned. Any persons who show intolerance
towards tolerant persons is excommunicated.

5. The Infinity Society is socially and environmentally conscious and its members must reflect
such values, including the understanding that; mature person have no right ever to engage in
physical intimacy with non-mature persons (i.e. minors and defenseless animals); that physical
intimacy between mature persons must never be against the true will, consent and desire of any
mature persons directly involved; that making profit or income by causing harm to society and
the environment is unacceptable. Any persons who molest, rape, exploit, harm, injure or commit
murder are seriously violating the purpose and principles of the society and will be
excommunicated.

6. The Infinity Society Universal & international  is supported by its Founder & Director and
does not  and cannot yet ask for public funding at the present time, but may eventually become
chartered as a not-for-profit in the future. Any associated sub-groups may create whatever
legal constructs for the purpose of soliciting and receiving funding they so desire. The founding
society is not involved in the finances of associated sub-groups under its ethical guidance.
Should this rule change it will not change the fact that any funding received must be publicly
disclosed and its uses must be public knowledge. That is to say, the society is not and will never
be involved in the enterprise of soliciting capital in exchange for any service, product, interest
or promise thereof. No associated sub-group may conduct illicit activities in order to raise funds.

7. All members agree to abide by these 7 rules & regulations or face instant eviction or
excommunication.
