Throughout the next 16 years JP worked in over twenty of the finest
gourmet delicatessens and restaurants in New York City, Washington,
D.C. and Budapest.
In 1998 Chef Jean-Pierre received his Chef's diploma, after also serving
& learning as an Apprentice Chef at The Gundel Restaurant in Budapest,
under the watchful and wise supervision of Top Master Chef Kalman
Kallai (seen above).
In 2002 Executive Chef Jean-Pierre invented a new concept in cuisine:
speed-teaching in your own private kitchen! Simply put: do as told and
behold the finest dining experience you can imagine! No more secrets!
Chef Jean-Pierre Le Bonjoy
began his career in 1982, when
one of his first jobs was as a
Cheese Counter food retail
service employee at Jefferson
Marketplace, a gourmet foods
store on Ave. of The Americas
(6th) in New York City.
