This is what is going to happen:
1. Following the November 27 Annapolis Peace Conference, the Israelis and the Palestinians will announce a
surprisingly positive breakthrough that will lead to the creation of a two-state solution based on hard compromise.
2. The real key to this breakthrough was my (Jean-Pierre Ady Fenyo) idea that there must be a reciprocal exchange
of diplomatic compounds to solve the problem of settlements. This is now already agreed to!
3. Jerusalem will become a semi-divided, semi-united bi-national Capital City for both the Israelis and Palestinians,
involving a special international observational presence to insure that Jerusalem's odd solution becomes and
remains reality, indefinitely. The Old Muslim Quarter and the Dome of The Rock and Al-Aqsa Mosque will become
part of the Palestinian nation, while the Old Jewish, Armenian and Christian Quarters will remain as Israel's. An
internationally monitored hi-tech security barrier surrounding all of Old Jerusalem will insure that freedom of
movement within Jerusalem will not be jeopardised by violent extremists.
4. All Palestinians not currently living inside the West Bank, East Jerusalem or Gaza, will be eligible for significant
financial compensation and the right to live inside the new Palestinian State, pending personal signed pledges to
respect the peace agreement between the Palestinians and Israelis and no evidence of violent extremism.
5. All extremist opponents on both sides will be subject to a strict probationary period, and any violations will mean
permanent expulsion from both nations. The Palestinians and those Arab States and those predominantly Islamic
nations which supposedly support true peace MUST, EACH AND EVERY TIME, speak out against sick al-Qaeda
and all other sick murderers! Hypocrisy, on all sides, MUST COME TO AN END! WE, the true, peace-loving
intellectuals of the world MUST NEVER CAPITULATE TO ANY EXTREMIST PSEUDO-RELIGIOUS MURDERERS!
6. Gaza will be liberated from extremists within two months of the peace agreement coming into effect, and will see
significant financial investment and the creation of a super-sized coastal port system. The quality of life in Gaza will
exceed initial expectations within two years, by 2010.
7. Following the two-state declaration Syria will reach an agreement over the Golan Heights, involving a special
US-led international trip-wire buffer zone that will not need to exist for more than 10 years, given true progress from
a cold peace to a warm peace between the nations of The Arab League and Israel. A similar deal will also ensue
with Lebanon.
8. True peace in The Middle East will mean the true beginning of the end of pseudo-Islamic terrorist organizations
as young Arabs and other young Muslims will begin to support progressive, moderate reformed Islamic views and
related non-violent organizations.
